Role Overview  

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new business while managing and growing your client portfolio through the value of AcreValue and Land.com products. This is a consultative role that empowers you to build relationships, engage new clients, and oversee the entire sales process from start to finish. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Sell New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the value of our product to companies with active participation in land transactions and beyond.   

  • Account Management: Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth tailored solutions.  

  • End-to-End Sales Process: Leverage your expertise through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, closing, onboarding, training, and renewing clients.  

  • Building Relationships: Conduct in-person and video meetings, deliver product demos to agents, owners, corporations, investors, and other professionals involved in land transactions. 

  • Brand ambassador: Represent AcreValue and Land.com at industry events and cultivate long term relationships and a professional network 

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • 4–8 years of solution selling experience, successfully managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Proven success selling SaaS solutions to banks, private lenders, and financial institutions.
  • A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/ university.
  • Demonstrated track record of commitment and achievement with prior employers.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to client and prospect locations.
  • Experienced in complex sales processes and enterprise-level engagements.
  • Skilled in diagnostic selling, focused on delivering tailored solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Proactive, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and successfully complete a Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong technical acumen and experience selling into corporate headquarters of target companies.

  • Versatile sales professional with real estate experience and fluency in selling data-driven and SaaS solutions.
  • Background in selling to large organizations with sophisticated buying processes (e.g., enterprise software, lead generation solutions for banks and private lenders).
  • Familiarity with U.S. banking regulations and/or the Farm Credit System, including stress testing and compliance reporting.
  • Understanding of economic and risk models fundamentals.
  • Comfortable managing large datasets and articulating the value of data integration in simplified terms.
  • Ability to create compelling customer presentations leveraging tools such as SQL, Power BI, and GA4.
