About the role
As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals and you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests
What you will be doing
- Sell Lending solutions and/or services to new clients within an established territory to ensure revenue growth in support of FIS new business revenue goals.
- Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
- Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
- Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
- Negotiates, structures and closes “deals” that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
- Meets sales goals and objectives.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales, including software, SaaS, and solution-led selling within complex financial environments.
- Background in commercial lending, loan origination, or broader financial services is strongly preferred; exposure to automotive finance ecosystems is an added advantage.
- Proven sales experience covering both Dubai and Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the regional financial services landscape
- Working knowledge of FIS solutions and an understanding of the wider commercial lending technology landscape.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate senior stakeholders and complex buying groups.
- Strong judgment and problem‑solving capability, able to assess client requirements and shape solutions that address business needs.
- Analytical mindset, capable of translating operational or credit‑risk challenges into structured solution proposals.
- Composed under pressure, maintaining clarity and professionalism during high‑stakes discussions or challenging deal cycles.
- Proven industry engagement, ideally through participation in Middle East banking, credit, or fintech associations and events.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels, internal leadership, cross‑functional teams, clients, partners, and regulators.
- Fluent, business-level English; Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
