About the Role

The Sales Executive Assistant will report to the SVP, Sales /Client Engagement, and serves as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, providing high-impact administrative and operational support. This role is critical to ensuring executive time is protected, meetings are effective, and priorities move forward seamlessly.

You will apply strong business judgment, anticipation, and organizational skills across calendar management, communications, meetings, travel, expenses, and leadership events. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, proactive in solving problems, and comfortable operating with a high degree of confidentiality in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Executive & Business Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to senior leaders, ensuring priorities are executed and business operations run smoothly.
  • Act as a proactive problem solver by anticipating needs, identifying conflicts early, and recommending solutions to keep work moving forward.

Calendar & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Own complex calendar management across internal leaders, customers, and partners, balancing competing priorities with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-through on commitments.

Meeting Planning, Materials, and Follow-Through

  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings end-to-end, including scheduling, agendas, pre-reads, logistics (Teams/rooms), reminders, and action tracking.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials by compiling dashboards, reports, and business updates into clear presentations and concise summaries (PowerPoint and written formats).
  • Capture notes as needed, document decisions, and follow up on action items to drive accountability and closure.

Events, Off-Sites, and Conferences

  • Coordinate internal and off-site leadership events, managing timelines, logistics, vendors, attendee communications, and run-of-show support.
  • Support conference participation, including registrations, calendars, travel coordination, and on-site logistics.

Travel & Expense Management

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground transportation, itineraries) and resolve changes quickly to maintain executive productivity.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with policies and approval workflows.

Communications & Records

  • Draft, edit, and format executive communications such as emails, memos, and internal updates.
  • Maintain accurate records, working files, and documentation while handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

General Administrative Support

  • Provide professional front-door support as needed and assist with onboarding coordination and ad hoc administrative projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfort working with reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to prioritize and escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid (onsite/remote) environment with flexibility to increase onsite presence based on business needs.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
