Your Role:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options in meeting annual sales goal, sales planning, direct selling to end users.
- Proactively generate leads and steadily grow the pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Responsible for quotation, proposal and closing of orders to prospects.
- Serve as primary liaison of technical, commercial and promotion support of all sales activities.
- Identify and develop system integration partners.
- Strengthens and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Support marketing activities, including exhibitions, workshops, seminars and delegations
- Liaise with Regional Hub and Germany HQ on project discussions.
- Timely reporting of contact activities and sales opportunities in CRM
- Any other tasks, or project assigned by Head of Sales MT (North) and/or GM
Your Profile:
- A team-player, with a goal and excellence-driven energetic spirit. A motivated, independent go-getter, with an optimistic and persistent attitude. A communicative and pleasant individual.
- It is essential that you have worked in an MNC business, ideally within a matrix structure.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
- Flexibility to travel within short notice (inside Asia and/or Germany HQ).
- At least 5 years work experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment would be preferable.
- Strong connections in the targeted industries a plus (sheet metal fabrication, machine tools, precision engineering, optics & precision laser technology)
- A professional qualification in Engineering or Applied Sciences, as Bachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
- Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, IE).

- Good command of English - both spoken and written.
