Sales Engineer

Job Description 
Main Tasks 

  • Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company standard products, services and solutions within a designated ge-ography or industry. 

  • Consults customers and attend their needs, que-ries and complaints; record and manage direct cus-tomer feedback. 

  • Focuses on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. 
  • Continuously monitors market trends, small intensity of sales negoti-ations.

Requirements 
Education
Master Degree or above in optics/physics/electronics preferred.

Experience

  • Minimal 1 year of sales experience in instruments;
  • Sales experience of light microscope preferred;
  • Optics build experience preferred;
  • Based in Hefei;

Other skills 

  • Fluent Chinese communication skills combined with strong interpersonal, oral and written communi-cation skills
  • Strong ability to withstand pressure
  • Customer-oriented
  • Assessing situation/problem and logically and creatively finding solu-tions
  • Use of computer software
  • Team building
