Job Description
Main Tasks
- Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company standard products, services and solutions within a designated ge-ography or industry.
Consults customers and attend their needs, que-ries and complaints; record and manage direct cus-tomer feedback.
Focuses on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. - Continuously monitors market trends, small intensity of sales negoti-ations.
Requirements
Education
Master Degree or above in optics/physics/electronics preferred.
Experience
- Minimal 1 year of sales experience in instruments;
- Sales experience of light microscope preferred;
- Optics build experience preferred;
- Based in Hefei;
Other skills
- Fluent Chinese communication skills combined with strong interpersonal, oral and written communi-cation skills
- Strong ability to withstand pressure
- Customer-oriented
- Assessing situation/problem and logically and creatively finding solu-tions
- Use of computer software
