RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Work with territory managers to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales goals for the UAE territory.
- Maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Ensure effective distributor management, maintaining distribution with distributor network.
- Provide technical guidance on valve selection, sizing, and integration within plumbing and HVAC systems throughout sales process.
- Support tender submissions with technical documentation, compliance details, and product specifications.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations to consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct internal training sessions for sales staff on product updates and technical concepts.
- Represent WATTS at trade shows, seminars, and customer events to promote solutions and generate leads.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of WATTS’ product portfolio and industry standards.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with product teams for continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in valves, plumbing or HVAC products, as well as proven experience in managing distributors and channel partners.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, or a related discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC systems, and valve applications.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in the UAE/GCC region.
- Proven ability to conduct consultative technical sales, including needs analysis, solution presentation, and proposal development.
- Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving project opportunities to closure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
