Role Summary:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, developing business and marketing plans aligned with regional goals, providing specialized technical support, and coordinating internal activities to ensure excellence in delivery. You will act as a focal point for customers in technical and commercial negotiations, ensuring solutions that maximize value and ROI.
Responsibilities:
• Direct reservation levels to meet and/or exceed the assigned goal.
• Maintain regular and planned communication with key customers in the region (RS and SC).
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Act as the main contact for all businesses, ensuring complete service (proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality, warranty claims).
• Educate customers about product quality, features, and applications by conducting presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure that customer needs are met.
• Manage proposal processes, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness.
• Demonstrate financial acumen to discuss ROI and commercial decisions with customers.
• Maintain organized records (reports, quotes, status, expenses).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on results.
• Availability for frequent travel within the region and customer visits.
• Some physical activity required (walking in large plants, climbing stairs).

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Residence in Triunfo/RS or the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre/RS
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in the oil and gas, energy, paper, and chemical industries, including familiarity with the API 610 standard
• Minimum of 3 years in technical sales, preferably with rotating equipment (pumps, mechanical seals).
• Experience in planning, controlling, or executing projects and contracts
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience as a Service Technician (desirable)
• PMP certification (desirable)
• Advanced English
