As our next Sales Engineer, you’ll drive the company’s growth in the automotive sector by building strong commercial and technical relationships with customers. Acting as a key link between customer needs and internal technical capabilities, you will ensure innovative and efficient product solutions that exceed market expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Business Relationship Development:
• Identify and prospect potential customers and business opportunities
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Technical Interface with Customers:
• Understand technical specifications and requirements to offer suitable solutions
• Provide technical support and consulting on electromechanical actuators

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work with engineering and development teams to align product expectations and feasibility
• Coordinate efforts across departments for effective project delivery

Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals

Corporate Representation:
• Participate in trade shows and industry events
• Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting its values and objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or application engineering (automotive sector preferred)
• Previous experience with electromechanical products or components is a plus

Skills:

Technical:
• Knowledge of motion systems, motors, and electromechanical actuators
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering documents

Commercial:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and market analysis capabilities

General:
• Ability to build sustainable relationships with customers
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Proactive and able to work independently and in teams

Training & Development:

• Continuous training in sales and negotiation techniques
• Updates on automotive industry standards and technologies
• CRM tools and customer relationship management training

Working Conditions:

• Onsite work with frequent travel
• Availability for domestic and international trips
