What you will do
The Sales Engineer – Controls Systems is a key role reporting directly to Sales Manager – Controls , UAE
Based in Abu Dhabi, the role shall emphasize in bringing in business through AMC contracts, Pull through &, retrofit jobs and control optimization and digital solution selling to drive the growth of business for Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Digital solutions.
How you will do it
Compliance: Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliances
Market Strategy: Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies.
Customer Engagement: Develop solutions for customer challenges using BMS product portfolio.
Business Development: Focus on AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solution selling.
Stakeholder Mapping: Identify strategic accounts to grow business within JCI installed base.
Collaboration: Work with internal pre-sales teams to create techno-commercial solutions.
Proposal Preparation: Create technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or relevant experience.
2-5 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems
Track Record: Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and Pull-throughs
License: Valid UAE Driving License.
Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment.
Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
