Sales Engagement & Campaigns Specialist
Location: London, SW1W 0SR| Hybrid (3 days in & 2 days work from home)
Role Overview
Are you a creative professional who thrives on the energy of a high-performing sales floor? We’re looking for a Sales Engagement & Campaigns Specialist to become the “producer” of our internal sales incentives.
In this role, you won’t just be looking at spreadsheets, you’ll be building the “theatre” of sales. You’ll take high-level concepts for competitions and tournaments and turn them into visually engaging, high impact campaigns that motivate our teams to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of sales incentives, from initial concept to final awards.
- Visual Storytelling: Design and produce assets that bring campaigns to life — digital leader boards, tiered reward posters, Slack/email announcements, and short hype videos.
- Program Management: Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure incentive programs launch on time and meet business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Manage the mechanics of each contest, using Excel to track entries, update standings, and report on ROI.
- Engagement Strategy: Continuously explore ways to gamify the sales environment and keep teams motivated and focused on their targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Creative “Doer”: Skilled with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) and able to produce polished visuals without a full creative team.
- Execution-Focused: Loves turning raw ideas into practical, high-impact campaigns.
- Excel Savvy: Comfortable with data — VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and tracking competition results are second nature.
- Natural Collaborator: Can work across departments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Highly Organised: Can manage multiple “tournaments” simultaneously without missing details.
