About the Role: 

Ooma is seeking a motivated and collaborative Sales Enablement Specialist to support the growth and success of our sales team. This role will partner with the Director of Sales Enablement to deliver engaging training programs for new and existing sales representatives, helping them build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed while supporting onboarding and ongoing development across the sales organization. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of new-hire sales onboarding programs and ongoing development initiatives for sales professionals. 
  • Facilitate training on Ooma’s products and services, as well as core sales skills and professional development topics. 
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques and adult learning best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences. 
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and develop relevant training content for onboarding and ongoing enablement programs. 
  • Train sales team members on internal systems and tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Dealhub, and Unifyr, focusing on practical, sales-driven use cases. 
  • Create and maintain assessments, practice activities, and knowledge checks to measure understanding and reinforce learning. 
  • Manage and update enablement materials within the Ooma Sales Enablement Platform, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and up to date. 
  • Provide ongoing support for sales enablement initiatives and evolving business needs across the sales organization. 
  • Support additional projects and ad hoc requests as needed. 

Experience We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 
  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales required; sales training, coaching, or sales enablement strongly preferred. 
  • Experience delivering training, facilitating sessions, or supporting onboarding programs. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Comfort working with business technology, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. 
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) required. 
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build credibility with sales representatives and leadership. 
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and professional maturity. 
  • Experience in telecommunications or technology industries strongly preferred. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed. #LI-CC1

The base salary range for candidates within the United States is listed below. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, specific location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Regular employees may also be eligible for bonus(es), sales incentive(s) (target included in OTE) and/or stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
