POSITION OVERVIEW

 The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in executing the Covetrus Sales Enablement strategy by delivering consistent, measurable, and scalable enablement experiences for our customer-facing field sales teams. This individual will report to the Director, Sales Enablement and will be responsible for supporting enablement programs that improve sales readiness, process adherence, content effectiveness, and tool adoption for the compounding and in-clinic segments. This individual will support the enablement managers and help maintain and enhance enablement tools, resources, and processes.

JOB SPECIFICATION

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage all sales content and asset uploads, maintenance, and KPI reporting in SFDC.
  • Organize the enablement project management intake and project boards to ensure enablement projects and tasks are completed by assigned deadlines.
  • Capture all communication intake requests and partner with the enablement managers on sales communications.
  • Own the weekly sales newsletter content intake, layout, send, and KPI tracking.
  • Maintain sales playbooks to ensure content and sales calls to actions are accurate and align with sales priorities.
  • Provide KPI tracking and analytics for sales enablement resources to identify what tools are being utilized and driving sales behavior.
  • Support strategic program management in SFDC.

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales support or inside sales role.
  • CRM and pipeline management.
  • Technical background including system configuration or system administration related to technology platforms preferred
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Commercial leaders.
  • Works in a team environment, sharing best practice and collaborates cross-functionally across other departments.

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive.

The pay range for this position is as follows:

$53,300-$76,200
