About the Team
The Sales Operations team plays a critical role in enabling the sales organization through analytics, systems management, and process improvement. They manage key initiatives such as sales training, change management, and large-scale events like Sales Kick-Offs, while driving projects related to Salesforce and iQuest. With deep knowledge of sales methodology and business processes, the team partners closely with leadership to enhance efficiency, support enablement, and deliver impactful solutions across the organization.

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
