<title>About the role</title>

<text>

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will support the execution of go-to-market initiatives across Bolt for Business. Reporting to the Senior GTM & Tender Manager, you will play a key role in equipping our Sales teams with the tools, content, processes, and insights they need to successfully launch and scale new products and propositions.

This is a newly created role, which means you will have real ownership over building the enablement function from the ground up. You will work across a portfolio of B2B products, from payment solutions to mobility benefits, supporting launches globally with materials that work for both SMB sales and enterprise deals.

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, helping translate strategy into practical enablement materials and structured rollouts. This role suits someone early in their GTM or commercial career who brings close attention to detail, strong project ownership, and a genuine desire to build things properly. You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives.

You will help ensure that launches are well coordinated, sales teams are confident and informed, and our go-to-market execution is consistent across regions.
