Your Role: Sales Enablement Specialist Academic Worker

Are you looking for an unparalleled opportunity to dive into cutting-edge sales enablement, leverage innovative technology, and drive significant change within a dynamic commercial organization? We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a 4-6 month short-term assignment to support our US Farm Animal commercial teams. This role is perfect for someone eager to expand their skills in technology optimization, content creation, and change management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Innovate with AI & Technology: Play a crucial role in optimizing and expanding the use of AI-driven tools within our Brainshark LMS, including AI bots and AI role-play scenarios. You'll gain hands-on experience in leveraging technology to enhance learning and development.
  • Drive Platform Adoption & Change Management: Support the continued successful adoption and integration of key platforms like Brainshark and Podbean. This includes developing and executing communication plans, creating engaging content, and guiding users through new processes, providing invaluable experience in change management.
  • Create Impactful Content: Develop compelling communication and training content, specifically focusing on portfolio selling strategies and engaging podcast communications for our field teams. Your creativity will directly impact how our sales force receives vital information.
  • Expand Portfolio Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of the US Farm Animal portfolio, gaining comprehensive knowledge of our products, markets, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate Across the Organization: Work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including sales representatives, marketing teams, District Managers (DMs), and Territory Coordinators (TCs). This cross-functional exposure will build your network and enhance your collaborative skills.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Currently registered student in animal science, agriculture, ag business or related field
  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology and an interest in how AI can enhance learning.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in training, communications, marketing, or sales support is a plus, but not required.
