Core Responsibilities
Intake Triage & Readiness Support
Support intake triage by contributing execution perspective to initial alignment, feasibility, and readiness discussions
Partner with leadership to validate scope clarity, dependencies, sequencing considerations, and delivery readiness
Identify early execution risks and constraints during intake to inform prioritization and planning decisions
Execution & Delivery Ownership
Own end‑to‑end delivery of Sales Enablement initiatives once prioritized and deemed ready, driving work from “ready to work” through completion
Break epics into actionable stories and manage execution using agile delivery practices
Actively manage work in flight, ensuring deliverables remain aligned with stakeholder expectations as work progresses
Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies and blockers to maintain execution momentum
Drive consistent execution discipline and accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives
Maintain accuracy, transparency, and status reporting within Jira
Roadmap & Planning Support
Manage and maintain execution‑level roadmaps across sales capability and readiness initiatives
Contribute delivery insights to multi‑quarter planning, capacity discussions, and execution forecasting
Partner with leadership to align execution sequencing with strategic priorities and dependencies
Enablement Activation & Lifecycle Alignment
Translate business strategy and frontline insights into focused enablement initiative and campaign execution plans
Activate enablement efforts aligned to behavioral moments, lifecycle needs, and readiness milestones
Ensure training and coaching readiness to support effective rollout, reinforcement, and adoption
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Surface delivery risks early and propose mitigation strategies to protect execution integrity
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Alignment
Synchronize execution across training, content, and coaching teams to ensure integrated delivery
Serve as an execution liaison with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Enablement partners
Confirm and maintain stakeholder alignment on scope, timing, and deliverables throughout execution
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BMS) or MBA (Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
Expertise in project management methodologies.
Strong execution management, prioritization, and delivery ownership capabilities
Experience supporting intake triage, readiness alignment, and execution planning
Proficient with enablement and planning tools (e.g., Jira, Seismic, Power BI, CRM platforms)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
