Sales Enablement Program Manager

Cape Town, South Africa Full Time

We’re building an enablement function that helps our sellers ramp faster, stay sharp and execute consistently as we grow. As our Sales Enablement Program Manager, you’ll own and scale the programs that power seller success, starting with new hire onboarding and the operating rhythm that keeps enablement running smoothly.

This role is equal parts program owner, facilitator and operator. You’ll partner closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing and our Instructional Designer to deliver learning that translates into real performance improvements.

Our enablement programs focus on four core areas:

  • Industry awareness
  • Product knowledge
  • Client-facing skills
  • Sales and service operations

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve new hire onboarding so new sellers ramp quickly and confidently, including clear 30/60/90-day expectations and manager support tools.
  • Run our everboarding cadence by refreshing and delivering enablement sessions throughout the year and coordinating recurring AMA-style Office Hours with SMEs.
  • Partner with our Instructional Designer to scale microlearning by embedding short, practical learning into onboarding and ongoing learning journeys.
  • Manage the enablement program calendar and logistics for initiatives like NMITalk, onboarding and ongoing training, including scheduling, coordination, publishing and follow-up.
  • Support go-to-market readiness by coordinating enablement for product launches, major updates and process changes, aligning content, communications and training assets across teams.
  • Drive tool adoption and manager coaching support by helping sales managers use enablement tools and dashboards for reinforcement, coaching and consistency.
  • Partner with the Instructional Designer to ensure the right enablement content is created and available so sellers can quickly access the guidance, talk tracks and resources they need.
  • Measure and report on program effectiveness by tracking completion, engagement and adoption, then providing dashboards and insights to sales leadership.
  • Continuously improve programs using feedback and data and reinforce change management as new tools, processes and priorities roll out.

This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties or responsibilities. At times, other duties may be assigned as needed.
