This role will be based in our Waltham, MA office on a hybrid basis (4 days per week in-office). We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

Your Impact:

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the adoption of systems and processes through sales evolution, new product sale implementation, and improving the overall sales efficiencies cross-functionally effectively creating predictability within the sales organization. Along with enabling our various sales verticals and aligning goals around strategy, they will also be responsible for influencing new and existing brand integrations into the strategy as Buyers Edge Platform continues to expand. This role will report directly to the Head of Sales Ops & Enablement. 

The Role:

  • Develop strong and impactful relationships with brand leadership and operational leaders to improve current sales processes.
  • Drive user adoption with new and existing employees in our current CRM by identifying business needs of various teams and work with operations to deliver actionable reporting.
  • Work with operations teams to help improve upon data transparency for our sales teams, including but not limited to Data Collection, Campaign Tracking, Report Sharing, Pipeline review etc.
  • Helps prioritize company initiatives and works with sales leadership on implementation and execution for those initiatives.
  • Involved in the creation, oversight, and success of implementing new products/services into the sales playbooks for various sales verticals.
  • Oversight of these new product implementations involves working with the brand leaders to understand budget impact, documenting, and sharing successes, and creating efficiencies with new workflows as the process matures.
  • Serve as a primary touch point between various Sales and Operations leaders to improve communication and speed to deliverables.
  • Work with Sales to develop and evolve current sales strategies to improve budget attainment and build predictability in results. 
  • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including training content creation, coordination, creation and deployment
  • Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.
  • Assist with operational leaders in a Risk Mitigation capacity as new strategies are implemented to understand ROI, cost of acquisition, and the overall health score of our several customer acquisition models.
  • Work with new brands/services by implementing their offerings into the go to market strategies of existing sales verticals. 
  • Responsible for the overall effectiveness of brand integration via system adoption of employees, strategy adherence, and budget attainment.
  • Oversee campaign management & process, working alongside Events& Marketing teams for tracking on Tradeshows and ROI. 

About You:

  • 3+ years of work experience managing teams, strategy, and process.
  • 3+ years' experience with CRM tools (SFDC Preferred)
  • Experience working across multiple departments in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in strategy development and implementation is a plus. 
  • You are a results-driven communicator, with the proven ability to understand complex scenarios and communicate outwardly in an easily digestible manner. 
  • The ability to be prescient in developing strategy and their overall budget impact.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking ability.
  • Be autonomous in your ability to be successful. 
  • Can 'see beyond the numbers' in turning budgeted sales goals into rep-level attainment.
  • Be tenacious and focused on relentless improvement of current sales processes/strategies.
  • A proven ability to multi-task, pivoting effectively will be the cornerstone of this role.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • A true speed to revenue focus.
