The Sales Enablement Manager strengthens the Brand Ads commercial engine by improving sales readiness, inventory planning, pitch effectiveness, pricing clarity, insights, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build sales collateral: vertical playbooks, pitch decks, benchmarks, case studies.
• Own pricing updates and packaging across Journey Ads, Splash, Homepage, Bikes, Boxes, DOOH.
• Conduct training on products, pitch frameworks, objections, and industry best practices.
• Improve CRM governance, forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and reporting.
• Create dashboards with BI for pipeline, pacing, agency performance, and vertical insights.
• Extract insights from campaigns for future pitches and renewal narratives.
• Publish competitive reviews and market intelligence packs.
• Partner with Product, Creative, Ops, Finance, and Leadership for sales readiness.
• Lead seasonal GTMs (Ramadan, QSR peaks, Real Estate seasons).
Requirements:
• 4–7 years in sales enablement, digital advertising, retail media, or revenue operations.
• Strong understanding of digital ad formats, sales cycles, and agency ecosystem.
• Skilled in building processes, playbooks, pricing frameworks, and training modules.
• Excellent storytelling, deck creation, and stakeholder management.
