Job Description

This program is designed to bridge the gap between sales, training, and product with the aim of empowering vendor’s staff to effectively support SBS priorities.

The Sales Enablement Expert will collaborate closely with vendor cross-functional teams to:

  • Implement activations (enablement tools) developed by Meta

  • Implement sales strategies (e.g. through training programs) to drive sales productivity, maintain customer satisfaction and to drive revenue growth

  • Ensure seamless integration by monitoring feedback & addressing knowledge gaps

  • Be responsible for supporting site attainment performance and key deliverables

Key responsibilities:

  • Translating the frontline sales teams (Meta Pro, Team Lead) enablement needs and support areas for successful activations to Meta Leadership.

  • Liaise with support staff (e.g. VPE, Trainer, CPM) to influence and steer training strategies, solution prioritization, and coaching opportunities at the vendor site to optimize for quality revenue growth.

  • Designate a main point of contact(s) on site to cascade and optimize sales activations.

  • Provide upskilling to frontline sales teams including (but not limited to) post-training (T3) implementation, adherence to core program goals and driving changes where needed.

  • Deliver training activities when needed as well as facilitating subject matter expert training deep dives to amplify the regular training as required.

  • Support innovation & testing initiatives, including (but not limited to) KPI gap analyses, global/regional pilot execution and process / funnel improvements.

Key Performance Indicators :

  • Implementing sales activations that drive positive business results anchored on increasing revenue / incremental lift that include (but not limited to) Solution Recommendation/Opportunity Score Adherence, sales funnel productivity, stickiness, CSAT.

  • Successfully deliver quarterly pillar sales activations including (but not limited to) SE Rhythm of Business, end-to-end priority activation execution and qualitative feedback and frontline team insights. Success will be measured by the positive business metrics that have been enabled through services provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Meta Project

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales

  • Training and Coaching exprience preferred
