What youāll be doing:
⢠Work with sales and marketing to simplify, streamline, eliminate, and/or automate manual or inefficient processes
⢠Act as a relay of the region and the group for the implementation & monitoring of methods, tools, process recommended
⢠Documents local sales processes & policies (in Confluence and other systems).
⢠Performs analysis to identify opportunities for improvement to efficiency within the sales organization (based on processes optimization)
⢠Leads initiatives that drive improvements in sales data reporting to enable fact-based analysis and insights.
⢠Maintains CRM data (Salesforce) - Manage records, sales reports, dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices and KPIs
⢠Collaborates with sales leadership to ensure sales reps are adhering to sales process.
⢠Provides analyses & support the sales leadership in the adjustment and the review of the coverage model/sales organization

Education Requirements:
⢠A higher academic degree, or equivalent (via experience).
Work Experience Requirements:
⢠Experience (in theory or practice) in being in a data/ metrics decision making environment.
⢠Experience working on go-to-market and sales related strategic and operational topics.
⢠Experience: min 8 years on a leadership role. Min 5 years on sales or project management role
⢠Knows modern sales/ networking tools to support acceleration of growth
