Sales Director, Digital Marketing

We are looking for a commercially sharp, visionary Deputy Head/Head of Business Development who can accelerate this transformation. Someone who is not just chasing targets—but shaping the market, unlocking enterprise partnerships, and building the commercial engine that powers our next phase of growth.

This role leads with a strong focus on Marketing (70%) while expanding opportunities across our broader BPAAS ecosystem—from e-commerce enablement to creator and publisher monetization.

What You Will Do

  1. Market Analysis & Strategic Growth
    • Decode market shifts, consumer behaviors, AI disruption, and competitive landscapes to identify growth gaps and future spaces AnyMind can own.
    • Shape bold, long-term commercial strategies for marketing leadership while building scalable pathways across e-commerce and creator commerce.
    • Influence product positioning and go-to-market direction to differentiate AnyMind in a crowded landscape.
  2. Business Development & Expansion
    • Own revenue & GP growth, prioritizing enterprise acquisition and expansion within marketing services.
    • Leverage deep industry networks to unlock strategic accounts and build multi-year commercial partnerships.
    • Design and execute sales playbooks, deal frameworks, and pipeline growth engines that drive predictable, sustainable performance.
  3. Team Development
    • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing BD team grounded in curiosity, accountability, and commercial sharpness.
    • Elevate team capability in solution selling, consultative pitching, and cross-product conversations.
    • Instill a culture that celebrates wins, learns fast, and operates with both ambition and discipline.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with operations, product, marketing, and delivery teams to craft seamless end-to-end solutions.
    • Ensure flawless execution from first pitch to post-sales growth, maximizing client value and lifetime potential.
    • Partner with regional leadership to localize strategies while shaping Vietnam’s unique path to win.

  • What You Bring
    • Strong BD and enterprise sales experience in marketing, digital, media, or tech-enabled solutions.
    • Proven track record in opening large accounts and scaling revenue with healthy margins.
    • Strong financial acumen: pricing, GP management, forecasting, deal optimization.
    • Leadership mindset—able to inspire, coach, and elevate the BD organization.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-growing, transformation-focused environment

Who You Are

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial leadership roles within marketing, media, advertising, digital services, or agency environments.
  • Proficient English.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the digital marketing, influencer economy, platforms, or brands in Vietnam.
  • Strategic Vision: Expert ability to develop and lead a long-term strategic vision, driving innovation and tangible business growth.
  • Team Management: Experience in leading a team. Proven experience in developing, coaching, and empowering teams, demonstrating a people-oriented mindset. 
  • Executive Influence: Expert ability to advise senior leadership, influence cross-functional teams, and serve as a key thought leader.
  • Business Judgment & Financial Acumen: Advanced-to-expert proficiency in P&L management, strategic planning, and making sound business judgments in complex situations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and well-organized with a good sense of responsibility
  • Good strategic thinking, analytical, and listening skills.
  • Clear mindset, result-oriented with a passion for work
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
