Broadridge is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our growing European asset management product sales team. The Sales Director will be responsible for selling Broadridge’s industry-leading European regulatory reporting solutions to asset managers across continental Europe. The role requires the Sales Director to be based in continental Europe, and proficiency in French (spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in German would be valuable as well.
Our European regulatory reporting platform delivers operational efficiencies to global asset managers by supporting the creation, filing, and dissemination of multiple regulatory documents and templates—including but not limited to UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, EPT, EMT, EET, CCI, Solvency II, AIFMD Annex IV and SFDR—through a digital platform that manages data, documents, regulatory reporting, and oversight activities across the fund lifecycle. Broadridge offers a managed service overlay with client service team members who have extensive experience in regulatory reporting.
The Sales Director will focus on driving new business for our regulatory reporting solutions, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with asset managers, asset servicing/fund admin firms, and ManCos in continental Europe. The role requires a strong background and knowledge of European regulatory reporting landscape and the ability to position Broadridge’s solutions effectively, including lead generation, qualification, follow-up, proposal development and contracting.
This is a high-impact role involving frequent travel across continental Europe, senior stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex organizational structures.
