In this role, you will:

Position Overview:

  • The Sales Digital Specialist is responsible for managing master data across eco-system, developing, and implementing digital tools to provide effective solution to business, and uplifting sales team with digital capability. The position will work with IT vendor, commercial teams, sales team, and distributor team. This position reports to the Sales System Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing Master Data (70%)

  • Be the Owner of all master data across the sales eco-systems: include Sales info, Product info, LV system, and DMS. Maintain and manage data input process to ensure the integrity and accuracy.

  • Monitor the daily operation on master-data-related system, includes handling issue and enhancement with the service/system providers.

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders (Marketing, RTM, Trade, CS, Sales team) to ensure all master data is updated in timely-manner with high-accuracy.

  • Implement and enforce data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive master data.

2. Developing Digital Tools (20%)

  • Analyze existing sales processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to streamline sales processes, remove bottlenecks, and automate manual tasks.

  • Identify and implement digital solutions that enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and customer experience, includes but not limited to Power Automate, VBA, and BI dashboard.

  • Develop and document standardized sales processes, guidelines, and best practices for effective utilization of digital tools.

3. Uplifting with Digital Capability (10%)

  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate sales teams on the effective use of digital tools and technologies.

  • Ensure 100% newcomers is onboarded with programs enabling them to use KC system & tools effectively.

  • Engage with Sales team to identify opportunity to lift-up user capability with current system tools.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to sales teams regarding digital tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or business-related areas.

  • At least 1 years’ exposure to Sales/RTM departments, preferably in FMCG.

  • Experienced with Excel is a must. Power BI, SQL is preferable.

  • Proven strong business process oriented.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various teams and end users. Fluency in English is preferable.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
