This is a foundational hire.
As Sales Development Team Lead, you will build and scale a brand-new outbound function targeting independent restaurants across the UK. There is no existing team or process to inherit. You will design the system, hire the team, implement the tools, and drive performance.
This role is both strategic and operational. Success will be measured by predictable, high-quality pipeline generation.
