What you’ll do

  • Manage inbound leads for the region by responding quickly and setting meetings with Account Executives or Mid-Market AEs
  • Handle inbound phone calls, live chats, and contact form inquiries to assess customer needs and solution fit
  • Qualify prospects by identifying customer segment, vertical, and business needs early in the conversation
  • Route leads correctly across direct sales, partnerships, or mid-market engagement models
  • Maintain and execute accurate contact sequences in Outreach based on lead source and request
  • Use best-in-class tools to verify and enrich contact and account data, ensuring high data quality
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer records in Salesforce
  • Conduct outbound prospecting into target accounts when inbound volume is below capacity
  • Act as a pre-sales checkpoint to ensure leads are qualified and ready for further sales engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
  • Continuously build knowledge of the Infobip platform, products, and how we solve business challenges
  • Accept ongoing feedback, training, and coaching to support continuous development

What makes you a strong fit

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads while meeting strict response SLAs
  • Strong qualification and research skills at both contact and account level
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
  • Clear, confident communication skills across phone, chat, and written channels
  • Structured, disciplined approach to lead management and pipeline generation
