Job Description

The objective of this position is to drive key sales development activities for Thermo Fisher Scientific PFA business and support capturing new business opportunities in China.
Drive technical penetration activity of WDB, PFIB and FIB projects pipeline, drive the sales development projects and handle the demo progress to ensure the key projects in good develop, on track and deliver the target revenue growth.
Lead and implement our strategy plan to penetrate new market, new application and new product for target market segments especially Regional Fab, Service labs, Power Semi.
Interface with sales, marketing, application and Nano Port team and manage the successful resolution of demo evaluation and customer support issues.
Investigate and summarize competition product analysis to support win rate, customer RFQ review to ensure no mistake in product configuration; 
Conduct the guideline sharing and replicating successful sales development model from one BU to another. including creative new workflow and differentiated value selling strategy to create additional revenue growth for Thermo Fisher China;

Experience Requirements 
• Education: MS, or PhD in Material Science & Engineering fields. 
• Experience: 6 to 8 years-experience of applications, product marketing and business development, in the field of Electron Microscopy (SEM, FIB and TEM). 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required
• Demonstrated commercial sense to identify and articulate end user needs and requirements for strategic products, soliciting and integrating Voice of Customer and User Centered Innovation inputs 
• Demonstrated coordination skills to work through matrix organization in local and in global capability / experiences 
• Customer-centric and keenly aware of markets, trends and competitors 
• Organized with strong project management skills
• Demonstrates contagious optimism and a “can do” demeanor 
• 40% travel is required on periodic basis
