To manage the sales and collection documents in accordance with the company’s standard terms to minimize credit risk for residential projects
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing, reviewing, and managing sales & collection documents related to booking forms, reservation agreement, interest calculation, payment reminders, and other related contracts.
- Ensuring all documents comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Calculating the late payment interest/fees charge for the buyers.
- Coordinating with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of the assigned work.
- Recording, updating, and maintaining customer information in CRM and/or other internal systems.
- Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Customer Services teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing and payment allocation.
- Supporting Sales & Collection teams with administrative tasks throughout the customer journey.
- Acting as a point of contact for customers for administrative procedures.
- Preparing payment requests and monitoring customer payment schedules.
- Performing other tasks are assigned by Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 04 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Services, or Real Estate Admin role of the property/real estate/banking/high-value sales industry is an advantage
- Ability to meet targets based on productivity and effectiveness
- Good interpersonal, communication, administrative and organizational skills
- Firm, persuasive, persistent, and self‑motivated when dealing with customers, sales agencies and internal team
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and relate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- English proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint), experience with CRM systems is a plus
