1. Sales Performance Management & Analytics
Data Integration & Reporting: Assist in consolidating and validating sales data post-monthly closing to produce standardized reports.
Data Hygiene & Maintenance: Responsible for basic data maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure database integrity.
2. Process Optimization & Operational Support
Workflow Improvement: Support supervisors in reviewing and optimizing Sales Department processes, including return procedures and sales closing.
Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a bridge for communication and collaboration across departments.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization & Inspection
Return Operations: Facilitate return applications, inspections, and system data processing/dispatching for the Sales Department.
Audit Compliance: Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure physical inventory aligns with financial records.
4. International Visitor Relations & Administration
Guest Logistics: Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for foreign visitors, including hotel bookings, transportation, and catering.
On-site Support: Provide itinerary planning and real-time on-site assistance.
English Correspondence: Handle basic English emails and messaging (scope may vary based on business needs).
5. Executive Support
Ad-hoc Assignments: Provide timely support for tasks assigned by the BU Head.
Education
- Bachelor degree
Experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in Retail, Brand Management, Distribution, or related industries.
Other skills
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Good knowledge and secure handling of SAP and MS Office applications
- A high degree of teamwork and communication skills as well as very good assertiveness
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Proficiency in Excel (Advanced Formulas & Pivot Tables) is a must.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI: Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization is a significant plus.
