Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting commercial operations by coordinating sales activities, managing CRM data, supporting translations, and serving as a central point of contact between Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as a focal point for translation processes (manuals, applications), ensuring compliance with local country requirements and supporting market operations.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Digital Health teams, and external vendors to execute required translations.
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce) maintenance, including:
    - ongoing system updates, data maintenance, and issue resolution
    - Prepare and process sales orders
    - Maintain accuracy and integrity of CRM data to support reporting and analysis
  • Complete DPIAs, customer questionnaires, tender support documentation, and other client requests to enable product and commercial activities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Supply Chain and Warehouse teams on operational topics and ongoing requests.
  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day requests, initiatives, and administrative needs.
  • Lead inventory management for company clients in collaboration with Customer Support, Sales, and customers to ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure timely execution of operational, administrative, and customer-related tasks.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a related field


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce – advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
