Fresenius Medical Care Pakistan is the wholly owned subsidiary of FMC Germany. The company is currently revamping its structures and seeking suitable, experienced, and dynamic professionals to contribute to its growth and expansion plans.
The roles require maintaining close liaison and strong coordination with the company's internal and external customers across Pakistan.
- Close coordination with all sales team/stakeholders to achieve business excellence.
- Generate sales report, providing insights and data that support the National Sales Manager in making strategic decisions.
- Act as the first point of contact for addressing customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist the NSM in various tasks to help them meet their strategic goals, including:
- Preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for sales performance.
- Collaborating on the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Keeping the NSM informed to key updates and issues within the sales department.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Facilitating communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments within/outside the organization.
- Maintaining sales databases and records, updating customers' information, and tracking sales metrics.
- Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinating inventory levels with the supply chain and ensuring products are available for sale.
- Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Follow up AR/CDRs/BGs – Pan Pakistan of sales department with support and assistance of FMC teams [regional, FMC finance/accounts head office, and approved service providers].
- Distribution Management - Coordination with local distributors for inventory management, order processing, and account settlements with the company. These assignments will be done with the coordination of FMC sales teams [regional and head office]. Collection of periodic SSR reports from the distributors and consolidated management reporting.
- Any other ad-hoc/permanent assignments.
