About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About the Role
Join our pre-opening Sales team as Sales Coordinator at Four Seasons Resort Mykonos. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will support the setup and daily operations of the Sales Department, contributing to the resort’s commercial success through effective administration, client support, and coordination.


This is a seasonal role and is based in Mykonos


What You Will Do

  • Assist with pre-opening tasks including system setup, creation of sales templates and reports, and preparation of departmental procedures.
  • Support the Sales team in handling client correspondence, proposals, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate site inspections and sales trips, preparing presentation materials and relevant collateral.
  • Manage and maintain the client database, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
  • Respond to general sales inquiries and liaise with operational departments to support group and event planning.
  • Coordinate internal and external sales meetings, minutes, and action follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and wider Sales team as required.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support within luxury hospitality, preferably in a pre-opening environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera Sales & Catering) preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English. Greek is a strong advantage.
