To drive sales performance by applying established processes to achieve individual targets within the assigned area. Build and sustain strong customer relationships through effective engagement and exceptional service delivery. Contribute to team success by consistently meeting objectives and supporting a superior customer experience.
Are you someone who can:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer queries promptly and within agreed service timelines – ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
- Resolve customer dissatisfaction/complaints by taking full ownership – ensuring timely, empathetic and effective resolution that restores client confidence and strengthens relationships
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholder to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Take ownership of your professional development by actively seeking opportunities to grow, upskill and enhance your competencies.
- Ability to apply structured sales processes to meet and exceed targets
- Familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Must have Matric as a qualification
- Must have RE5
- NQF level 5 is advantageous
- Must have an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Must be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Must comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact environments
- Must passionate about customer service and delivering meaningful results
- Demonstrated experience in sales, including the ability to identify client needs and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
