So, what’s the role all about?

The Sales Commission Business Analyst will be the focal point for all sales commission topics for their assigned business units, will provide end-to-end support required as well as analysis of the overall Sales Commission results for the assigned units. In addition, the Sales Commission Business Analyst will lead ad-hoc enhancement and automation initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is driven, can quickly master this role and is excited to continue learning and take on new projects.

The Sales Commission Business Analyst will be working alongside talented IT, Sales and Operations professionals on a global scale, helping us to enhance and automate our commission and reporting tools and processes.

 

How will you make an impact?

  • Responsible for overlooking the automated monthly calculation processes and validating accurate payment of incentive commission for the assigned units.

 

  • Independent, quick learner and self-starter, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service & detail orientation, sense of urgency and hunger to learn.

 

  • Understand the data structure of the unit, the commission plans, and the results.

 

  • Create, present and support data analysis for on-going and ad-hoc strategic processes, such as monthly presentation to senior management and new-year commission plans.

 

  • Lead and support ad hoc projects and report requests as needed. Help streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end commission processes.

 

  • Provide world-class customer service to our sales organization. Ensure ongoing support and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions.

  • An Independent, Quick learner and self-starter Candidate, withExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, Service & Details orientation, Deadline Focused and hunger to learn.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as Business Operations / Sales Operations / Program manager / Commission Analyst
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
  • Work experience in multinational hi-tech organizations
  • English – Native / Very high level
  • Familiarity with leading commission system - Callidus, Xactly, Varicent, NICE ICM or similar – an advantage
