In this role you will be responsible for Creating offers/bid/Orders/Invoices, in Area Commercial team in Pakistan, ensuring Accuracy [technically & commercially] of created offers/bid/Orders/Invoices. Reporting to the Area Commercial Manager, you will Sale Support Specialist.

  • Sales Support: Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
  • Offer Preparations: Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives. Participates in the kick-off meeting organized by the project team.
  • Cost Definitions: Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.
  • Risk Review: Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with Accelleron policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.
  • Lost Proposals: Performs lost proposals analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.

Your background:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Technical Commercial Sales, working as Sales Engineer/Sales
  • Support with Technical & Commercial Knowledge of Engineering Equipment Sales
  • Sound knowledge of ERP/Web based offer/bids creation and in the Power Plant/Engineering Sales market
  • Knowledge of ERP Specially SAP experience will be Preferred
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office Tools, Excel, Word, Power Point ETC
  • A bachelor’s in engineering/management/sciences [BS Honors in Math's/Physics]
