Sales Budget and Customer Coordination Executive

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Commercial Directorate budgets on a monthly basis and provide accurate forecasts
  • Evaluate budget realizations, identify deviations, and develop action recommendations
  • Guide budget owners on budget allocation, actuals, and efficiency topics
  • Provide regular reporting on the current status of the budget and forecasts
  • Ensure control of required documentation in distributor selection and onboarding processes, and perform system entries
  • Plan, execute, and maintain distributor segmentation studies
  • Develop, implement, and report scorecard systems to measure distributor performance
  • Develop innovative practices in distributor processes and implement industry best practices
  • Increase process efficiency through a continuous improvement approach
  • Conduct field visits to audit distributor processes, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are taken

Experience / skills required:

  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Experience in Finance and Sales within the FMCG sector
  • Experience in budget planning, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, SAP, etc.)
  • Ability to accurately diagnose problems
  • Ability to take initiative, be results-oriented, and develop creative solutions for continuous improvement
  • Openness to change and adaptability
  • Ability to make effective and rational decisions under pressure
