What You Will Get To Do: 

As a Sales Associate, you will support revenue growth by prospecting accounts, engaging with deal professionals, managing customer experience, and coordinating across internal teams. This role is part of the SS&C Intralinks Sales Apprenticeship Program, a structured 9-month journey designed to prepare you for the next role. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales & Business Development 

  • Prospect and manage assigned accounts; build relationships with Bankers, PE, and Corporate Development teams 

  • Conduct sales discovery and articulate Intralinks’ value proposition 

  • Support sales initiatives to drive market share and revenue growth 

Accounts Receivable & Revenue Support 

  • Engage with newly onboarded clients to ensure smooth onboarding and invoice follow-ups 

  • Conduct territory-level AR reviews and support collections 

  • Coordinate with AR teams on billing queries, statements, and reconciliations 

Sales Operations & Internal Coordination 

  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, Support, and other internal teams 

  • Support contracting, documentation, and stakeholder mapping for deals 

Customer Experience 

  • Proactively gather client feedback and ensure timely issue resolution 

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams 

Marketing & Event Support 

  • Support client outreach for case studies, testimonials, and references 

  • Coordinate with Marketing on collateral, content, and events 

What You Will Bring: 

  • Graduate from a reputed college (Postgraduate degree preferred). 

  • 3–5 years of relevant sales experience. 

  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proven experience engaging and managing conversations with CXO-level stakeholders in previous roles. 

  • Motivated to build a career in sales and fintech 

  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills 

  • Results-driven, coachable, and resilient 

  • Organized with strong time management skills 

  • Team Player who is comfortable working independently and in teams
