ISS STOXX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales organisation. This role is integral to supporting the growth of our business by assisting senior sales professionals in executing strategic sales initiatives and maintaining high standards of client engagement. The Sales Associate will gain exposure to the full sales lifecycle and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the team.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Operations & Support

  • Assist senior sales team members with campaign generation and execution.

  • Log and maintain accurate records of client meetings, actions, and outcomes in CRM systems.

  • Create and track sales opportunities, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.

  • Client Engagement & Proposal Development

  • Shadow client meetings to gain insight into client needs and sales strategies.

  • Draft proposal templates and assist in customising client-facing materials.

  • Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for client engagements.


Sales Process Enablement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination across the sales process.

  • Monitor sales pipeline activity and contribute to reporting and forecasting efforts.

  • Help identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client experience.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in a sales support or client-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
