What You Will Accomplish with Us

As a Sales Associate – Insurance, you will be at the center of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Promote iA insurance products and our industry-leading ease-of-business processes to independent financial advisors.
• Educate advisors on life insurance products, sales concepts, illustration software, and required documentation.
• Solicit new business and build strong relationships with financial advisors.
• Collaborate with your Sales Director to create and deliver presentations (both in-person and virtual).
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend conferences, roadshows, and organized events (occasionally evenings or weekends).

What Will Help You Succeed

We are looking for someone who:

• Is recognized for their ability to teach, coach, and motivate.
• Stands out for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
• Demonstrates excellent organization and time management.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or brokerage environment.
• A university degree or college diploma is an asset, as are CLU, CFP, CHS designations.
