A Michael Kors Sales Associate
drives sales by providing excellent customer service, offering styling advice, building client relationships, and achieving personal/store targets in a fast-paced fashion environment, while also handling daily operations like POS,
merchandising, and
inventory, all while staying current with trends and brand knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Greet customers, provide personalized styling, resolve issues, and ensure a friendly checkout.
- Sales & Goals: Drive sales, meet individual/team targets, use sales techniques, and leverage technology for omnichannel opportunities.
- Brand & Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in current trends, styling, and product details to assist customers effectively.
- Store Operations: Maintain a neat sales floor, assist with stock, handle POS systems, and participate in inventory counts.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with management and other team members to maximize results and support store initiatives.
