As a Sales Assistant based in Aston you’ll be responsible for:
Answering phones and provide product quotations to customers.
Following up and chase customers for the quotes and orders.
Updating the system with order information and quotes.
Serving customers on the trade counter.
Warehouse duties including picking and packing and stock control.
This is a full-time, 6 month fixed term contract (with possibility of extension) role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous.
Positive attitude and confident speaking to people.
Excellent customer service skills.
Warehousing experience.
Confident working with computer.
