Summary:
This position performs administrative and customer service duties related to digital advertising fulfillment.
What you will do:
Coordinate print and digital advertising campaigns through interaction with advertising sales representatives
Manage components of multiple accounts and monthly project-driven campaigns
Upload and transmit creative camera-ready advertising material into the system, as well as perform detailed entry for ad creative builds
Create live digital advertising campaigns on multiple platforms, including Google Ad Manager
Enter orders for billing and utilize basic financial knowledge to troubleshoot payment/billing reconciliations
Pull and download campaign performance reports
Interact with advertising clients for general customer service requests
Solve problems and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Work effectively in a team environment and be self-driven when working independently
What you will bring:
Excellent customer service and communication skills, including a clear and pleasant phone manner
Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly
Basic knowledge of HTML, Excel, Photoshop, and InDesign
Working knowledge of print and digital media or previous experience in the media industry
Advanced computer skills with a high degree of accuracy for data entry
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Good organizational skills are needed to keep campaigns running smoothly to ensure deadlines are met
Basic knowledge of Adobe management solutions
Regular and reliable attendance
Benefits and Compensation:
The hourly range is $21.00 - $22.75 + commission and cell phone stipend. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers eligible employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off and select paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility).
