Sales Assistant

Subaru of Spokane is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level, training-focused role is designed to support our Sales department while developing the skills, product knowledge, and experience needed to advance into a traditional Sales Representative position. What You’ll Do

As a Sales Trainee, you will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to support daily operations and customer interactions, including:

• Assisting customers during the vehicle shopping process
• Learning Subaru product features, technology, and benefits
• Supporting Sales Consultants with test drives, paperwork, and follow-ups
• Maintaining showroom and vehicle presentation standards
• Participating in sales training, role-playing, and mentorship programs
• Learning dealership systems, CRM tools, and sales processes
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with Subaru’s values

Training & Growth

This role is specifically designed as a developmental pathway into a full Sales Representative position. Successful Sales Trainees will receive:
