We are looking for a Sales Assistant (Contractor) to join Rocge Diagnostics Turkiye.
Sales Responsibilities
Facilitate the communication between the entire sales team and the office.
Prepare procurement forms.
Prepare cost-free exit forms in the SAP system and submit them for approval by the Commercial Chapter Head.
Prepare price quotations under the supervision of Sales Specialists or Advanced Customer Managers for product-specific price requests from direct customers, and deliver them to those customers.
Prepare PR forms in the SAP system for the entire sales team.
Make material limit increases or add new products to the discount
agreements in the SAP system with the approval of the CPS Sales Director.
Prepare paid exit forms in the SAP system for special orders.
Post-Sales Support Responsibilities
Draft and send out certificate requests from institutions.
Place orders for UPS and water systems, prepare approval forms, and then track the invoices.
Prepare cost-free forms, and follow the approval process.
Open customer entries in Rexis.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree from a university
Minimum 2 years of sales assistant experience in a multinational organization with high operating standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Has a positive attitude, strong ability to handle multiple tasks, and willingness & potential for learning and development
Being able to work from the office-based in Istanbul, Levent
