Who You Are:
You are a collaborative and trend savvy Sales Assistant excited to work on Womenswear and Menswear Off Price team for North America (US and Canada). You thrive in a fast-paced work environment while being able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. You are a detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills who can also work independently as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and own pre-market/market set up process under guidance of Senior Sales Manager of Womens RTW and Mens Sportwear, Off Price
- Pull and send ATS reports on a biweekly basis
- Entering market orders for both Mens and Womens Off Price divisions
- Pulling UPCs from GBIS to send to accounts in order to get orders confirmed
- Sending accounts updated unconfirmed reports as needed to ensure order confirmations are received in a timely manner
- Own the sample process as it pertains to sending out samples for style outs or TOP samples
- Manage account communications and resolve issues in partnership with the customer service
- Own macro image process
- Manage and keep track of any major shipment delays/shortages from production
- Establish strong relationships with buyers across major Off Price retailers by maintaining a highly developed understanding of the retailer’s customer base
- Hold bi-weekly touch bases with retail partners to discuss selling, market expectations, etc.
- Utilize confident communication and presentation skills including strong negotiation & persuasion skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly design & production, to communicate account needs
- Perform basic merch data entry functions such as MSRP uploads, season set up and style master file
You’ll Need to Have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience inclusive of internships
- 6 months - 1 year sales assistant experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions (pivot table, v-look up, etc)
