Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, offer styling advice, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Sales & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, aiming to meet sales goals.
- Merchandising & Operations: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap neat, organized, and stocked; assist with floor moves and visual displays.
- Inventory Management: Unpack new merchandise, tag items with security tags, and replenish stock from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Stay updated on current promotions, trends, and product features to effectively sell merchandise and uphold the luxury image.
