Your Day to Day 

As a Sales Assistant you would be working on: 

  • Team Support: Provide dedicated operational and administrative support to the team Brazil Sales team. 

  • Process Management: Streamline workflows by managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry across internal systems. 

  • Communication: Coordinate and facilitate communication for the Sales team, ensuring timely responses to partners, prospects, and internal stakeholders. 

  • Operational Excellence: Handle day-to-day business tasks with accuracy and timeliness, supporting the team’s overall productivity and enabling growth. 

 

What We’re Looking For 
As a Sales Assistant, your background will look like: 

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operational, or support role within a sales or customer-facing team. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with experience in scheduling, document creation, and data management. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and basic English, with the ability to share information, collaborate with team members, and respond professionally to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Basic experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
