Your Role

As the Sales Area Manager, Kanthal China, you will:

— Be responsible for the creation of the Sales area’s business plan and execution of activities.

—Be accountable for achieving the sales area’s short-term (15-month rolling) sales and business development targets including price management.

—Manage and develop the sales organization, focusing on competence, development, and structure.

—Be accountable for the Sales Area forecast and assist the Sales director with relevant information at customer, industry segment, and product level.

—Drive business intelligence activities including, but not limited to monitoring competitor activities, industry segment behavior, etc.

—Be accountable for AR and Overdues within the Sales Area.

—Coach and drive sales teams to ensure sales area targets are met, including people management.

—Seek understanding and due diligence of anti —bribery and corruption (ABC) policy/guidelines within the defined region.

—Perform other duties as assigned.

About You

You hold an engineering degree or relevant technical education, complemented by a management degree. With a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sales management, you have demonstrated direct or indirect leadership skills. Your proficiency in organizational knowledge, sales methodology, customer understanding, commercial skills, financial skills, and market intelligence is exemplary. You are adept at value —based selling and negotiation, and your technical acumen is proficient.

You possess strong people skills, communication skills, and are self —driven. Detail orientation and multi-tasking are second nature to you, and you excel in coordination and collaboration. You act according to the company’s Code of Conduct and Core Values, ensuring compliance with anti-bribery and corruption policies/guidelines.
