Hosur, IndiaResponsible for driving sales of Electrical Process Heaters (PHS) by providing technical expertise and building strong customer relationships in industries that require process heating solutions (e.g., oil & gas, chemicals, power, food processing, pharmaceuticals). The role combines technical knowledge of heating systems with business development and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Sales & Business Development
➢
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in target industries.
➢
Promote electrical process heating solutions (immersion heaters, circulation heaters, control panels, etc.).
➢
Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations and proposals.
➢
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
2.
Technical Support & Solution Design
➢
Understand client process requirements and recommend suitable heating systems.
➢
Work On Preliminary design & engineering to develop customized heating solutions.
➢
Provide technical clarifications during bidding and execution phases.
➢
Support customers in selection, sizing, and specification of heaters and controls.
3.
Customer Relationship Management
➢
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and end users.
➢
Ensure customer satisfaction through pre-sales and post-sales support.
➢
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and technical seminars.
4.
Market Research & Strategy
➢
Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and industry developments.
➢
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings.
➢
Contribute to sales forecasting and business planning.
5.
Project Coordination
➢
Liaise between customers, internal engineering, and production teams.
➢
Ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
➢
Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting when needed.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Knowledge:
➢
Strong understanding of electrical process heaters, resistance heating, temperature control, and industrial heating applications.
➢
Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems (PLC/DCS integration).
