Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional individual to become a Client Service and Relationship Manager in Institutional Services covering global custody business.
Why this role is important to us:
The team you will be joining is a part of Institutional Service Korea that provides global custody services to the local institutional clients. You will serve as the business contact for the various internal business and product team.
What you will be responsible for:
As Sales and Service Client Services, Associate 1 you will:
Manage all aspects of the client service team operating
Ensure sufficient client support for all services and product offered
Review process/procedure to mitigate operational risk and create efficiency
Manage client's cash activity for Alternative Investment and in charge of various reporting
Visit existing clients on a regular basis to understand client’s needs and build relationship with them
Contact existing/prospect clients for business purposes
Assist in handling client/prospect visit follow-up works
Coordinate and assist in senior level executives visits to clients for relationship building

Manage various document maintenance on scope of service, procedure, deliverables
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
University Bachelor’s degree qualification
Seeking candidate with at least 1-2 years of industry experience with a custodian, asset management firm, broker/dealer, fund administrator
Strong Global Custody, Operations, and asset servicing experience, especially cash activity handling
Strong written and oral communication skill
Effective problem solving
Strong English & Korean language fluency
Client’s office onsite staff program: We are also looking for a candidate who can work at client’s office (Jeonju-si) for certain period of time
